Star Asset Management Sdn Bhd ('SAM') are investment consultants and advisers. They provide information to and advise their clients on their investments. Last month, due to fraud and mismanagement, SAM lost most of their clients' money. As a result, clients had been camping outside of their office building, demanding the return of their money. Most of SAM's employees had decided to stay home instead of going to work. Nina, the personal assistant to one of the senior consultants, however, decided to go to her office to pack up her personal belongings. On reaching the parking area next to the office building, she saw hundreds of protestors outside the office building. Some of them, including Aman, saw Nina in her car and started shouting at her. They called her \"a thief" and shouted \"God will punish you in the afterlife!\" Aman even threw rotten eggs at Nina's car. Nina was frightened and quickly drove away in her car. The protestors, led by John, also banged on the front door of the building. The force of their banging caused the front door to break and the protestors rushed into the building. They then smashed and broke the furniture located in the front office. Martin was a senior consultant at the company. He had been in his office since the night before, clearing up his office. Feeling tired, he laid down on his sofa to take a rest and fell asleep. In the morning, Noris, the company's night watchman, heard the commotion and saw the protestors banging on the front door. He realised that the front door would soon give way. Fearing for the sleeping Martin's safety, Noris locked him in his office and called the police. The police arrived about half an hour after the protestors gained entry into the office. On seeing the police, the crowd dispersed. Nevertheless, the police managed to apprehend several of the protestors, including John and Aman. Martin, in the meantime, had slept through the whole commotion. It was two hours after the police left that Martin woke up and realized that he had been locked in. He was finally freed by Noris after an hour of frantically shouting for help. With reference to relevant authorities, advise SAM, Martin and Nina on their respective claims in torts, if any. (30 marks)
