1. List the four types of financial responsibility centres and explain what financial measures would be used to measure them plus what type of financial measures would not be useful to measure the results of the financial responsibility centre.
2. Identify a long-term incentive and describe how it would influence behaviour of an employee/management.
3. Describe the Myopia problem when identify performance measures. Provide an example of Myopia problem with detailed incentive plan.
