Hi tutors I need some help finding out If the experiment that I will be conducting is either a one way ANOVA or two way ANOVA while also helping to define if the experiment is within-subjects design, independent group design or complex design.

The experiment: I will be conducting a research study of twenty participants and split them into 10 and 10. The hypothesis I am testing "is normal sleep better than reduced sleep" 10 adults will sleep the recommended 7 to 9 hours while the other half is to sleep under the 7 hours.
