Hi, when learning terminology, my textbook uses a story about a case to highlight relevant terms. One of the chapter takeaways is to make sure I understand the general process of both civil and criminal courts. What is the best way to study that. It seems anything can happen that changes the pathway of process. For example, I wanted to make a flow chart in order to understand the general process. Do you know of a flow chart that already exists? Is that even the best way to study it?
