This is an outstanding bill because it recognizes the importance of early intervention and support, regardless of income, age, education, or gender. But I think the ones that will be the best beneficiaries of this policy are the families of low-income because income often prevents them from seeking treatment t because they do not have the means or resources,

This bill offers these families a lifeline, ensuring their children receive the necessary care and support.

Compared to middle- and high-income households,low-income Americans are less likely to know where to go for treatment and more likely to use a community center versus a qualified mental health center. Of the Americans who have not sought mental health treatment, more than half, or 53%, were in low-income households.
