HIAS seeks a Director, Risk Management to ensure the development, implementation and maintenance of an effective best practice risk management program and internal control environment. The preferred candidate is an experienced risk manager with passion for HIAS' humanitarian mission.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Conducts and drafts annual enterprise-wide risk matrix of risks to the organization, including all departments and offices.
