The triple constraint should be used when monitoring and controlling to check whether the project is deviating from its baseline. It is common to use scope, time, and costs in statistics to separate good projects and bad projects.

But these are not the right indicators to evaluate if a project is a success or a failure. Business criteria should be considered, although success and failure are basically a matter of stakeholder appreciation.

Our customers include airlines, business aviation and air cargo operators, air charters and air taxis, helicopter operators and general aviation pilots and owners.

CAATS Project

Traffic Services $($ATS$)$ for the processing and display of flight data with a modern integrated system that will meet the future operational requirements of Transport Canada.

Through CAATs, Transport Canada$$s Aviation Group intends to reduce significantly the projected long$-$term growth$-$related demands for air traffic services.

These objectives are to be met while maintaining, or enhancing, system safety.
