Highs: One of the significant achievements this week was my improved efficiency in writing SOAP notes. I've noticed a marked improvement in my ability to find the right words for documentation, which made it less time-consuming. Lows: Even with the progress I've made, I've noticed that I need to improve in certain areas, especially in expressing myself confidently. I'm often second-guess myself. This is an area I aim to concentrate on in the upcoming weeks. Interaction with Staff: I've had great experiences with the staff, including the PTs and PTAs. I am grateful for their patience and willingness to share their experience. Facility/Equipment Condition: The facility is small but well-kept, with new, good-quality equipment that helps me perform my role. However, the lack of space can be challenging during busy times.
