The purpose of the guidebook is to assist hospitality organization managers to become more effective leaders. You will use the Mahara website to display your portfolio in the form of a blog. As hospitality organizations face increasing guest expectations, accurately measuring what guests think of the quality and value of their service experience could be a challenge. Service quality can be measured both during and after the service experience. Asking the right questions can be a powerful and helpful tool to find out how guests perceive the quality of their experience with a hospitality organization.
