The Rocket Model can be used as both a prescriptive and diagnostic tool increating or evaluating high performing teams. with this assignment you are to think of either a) an existing team you were part of or b) a team you would like tocreate for from your experiences within the hospitality industry or through your studies as a college student. One you choose either to evaluate orcreate a high performing team you are to use the components of The Rocket Model to prescribe or diagnose your high performing team.

3. Be sure to explain the importance of each component to your team's success and how certain components may be related
4. Be sure to include an example of SMART goals within your Mission, and a method of providing constructive feedback as part of the Results component
