Holistic Health Hospital (HHH) has been providing specialised Surgical and Rehabilitation services to the residents of Sydney for the past 25 years. Over time the clinical executive board of the hospital have observed and documented the increase in their patients experiencing wellbeing issues, including social, emotional and physical wellbeing issues, as patients undergo challenging surgeries and extended hospital time to receive rehabilitative services. Consequently, the HHH executive management team are working on creating and delivering wellbeing programs and activities for patients while in hospital and for a limited time when patients return to their homes. HHH also relies on government funding which has decreased significantly because the focus of government funding has shifted to the Aged Care Sector and job creation for young people.To help HHH implement their growth strategy, develop aBalanced Scorecard for Holistic Health Hospital.
