Homes For Sale Data were collected from a random sample of 120 homes for sale in the United States. The variables in the data set include the following:

Research Questions:

1. Is there a relationship between the size of a house and asking price? 2. Can the asking price of a house be predicted using the size, number of bedrooms, and number of bathrooms?

Write up your results from both sets of analyses you applied to your data. Follow APA guidelines for reporting statistical results and creating graphics. Your write up should also include a sentence or two of "future research directions." For instance, you might have examined the relationship between how much people trust a particular kind of technology and how often they shop online. You might find that these two measures are highly positively correlated, suggesting that shopping online and trusting technology might have some relationship or might be affected by a shared latent variable. These results may inform further studies or analyses of your data. For example, you may want to plan a future study in which you design an intervention to improve trust in technology to test whether it increases online shopping behaviors.
