Homework 01 Due Jan 17 by 11:59pm Points 100 Submitting a file upload Available Jan 9 at 11am - Jan 22 at 11:59pm Start Assignment This assignment steps through programming syntax with ggplot2 and introduces the formula interface with the (1m() function. The grammar of graphics can help create meaningful visualizations which communicate Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) findings. Visualizations will provide context to the model results, which might be opaque and difficult to interpret. In this assignment you will demonstrate basic syntax, go through a detailed EDA of a common data set, and then begin to work through the syntax of fitting a model. You MUST submit your source .Rmd file AND your rendered HTML file. Failure to submit BOTH will result in a -50% penalty. IMPORTANT: Check your HTML file looks like what you expect it to look like !!!!!!!!!!!! The Homework 01 instructions are provided as an HTML file below: homework 01 instructions.html You can start from the included template R Markdown .Rmd file: homework 01 template.Rmd When you submit your .Rmd and HTML files, make sure your file names use your name with the following format: LastName_FirstName_HW_01.Rmd and LastName_FirstName_HW_01.html. Note that by default the rendered HTML file will have the same file name as the source .Rmd file (except the extension will be different).
