Homework $2$: Beautify Your Pictures

Get several face pictures.

Generate two kinds of enhanced pictures: one represents the pictures before beautification, the other after beautification. Please use the frequency techniques as the primary methods.

Notes:

$(1)$ The definition of beauty can be defined by yourself.

$(2)$ You can use C$++,$ python, or any programming language you prefer.

$(3)$ Write a report, and compress it together with your program to a single compressed file with your ID number as the file name. Upload to the server.

$(4)$ The report should contain a description of your algorithms, methods, and discussion.
