(Note that the cumulative percentage that the z score is associated to is the percent of values that are BELOW certain value. In this question, I asked about departments that ABOVE certain value.)

2.A Channel 4 News story claims that the city environmental preservation unit pays too much for routine automobile maintenance of the vehicle fleet.The average (mean) amount paid by the unit is $104.15 with a standard deviation of $9.71 (normal distribution).As an initial step, the unit head decides to investigate the most expensive 25% of the routine maintenance bills.According to this criterion, above what dollar amount should bills be investigated?

Median household income

Education attainment (bachelor's degree or higher)

Fertility rate (Women with births in the past 12 months- Rate per 1,000 women)

(1)Use the histogram to compare these variables with a normal distribution. Discuss whether the data follows a normal distribution.

(2)Construct frequency distribution table using Stata for each variable. It is up to you to decide how many groups/classes you want to use for the variable and the values for each class.

(3)Which group Albany County belongs to? Discuss what you observe from the frequency distribution table.
