Food Delivery Chain

Food$-$To$-$Go is an online only food restaurant. They deliver food to any location of your choice. The food chain company wants a program that allow customers to purchase food. The program will allow customers to see the menu once they enter their name. They will have the option to select from the menu as many items as they want. One menu item is selected at a time. The food item selection is based on a number selection and not a word$/$text selection. Upon finishing the food menu selection, the program will calculate the total for the customer. In addition to charges for menu items, there is $$7\mathrm{.}99$ delivery fee for orders under $$50.$ Delivery Fee isn't included in taxes.

The program will display a thank you message with the customer name, the number of items ordered, price of menu items before tax, the delivery fee, the sales tax, and the final total amount they have to pay. The sales tax rate is $8\mathrm{.}25\%.$ The entire program will be displayed in the console. No need to create constants for menu items names.
