Homework Exercise Bill's Landscaping Company has an employee that is paid twice each month. Sarah worked 80 hours for July 1-15th and makes $28.50 per hour. Payroll is calculated and paid on the 15th and the 31st for current hours (eg. Cr. to Cash) Deductions from her pay for this period are CPP of $82.50, EI of $34.50 and Tax of $241.00 Sarah also makes a charitable donation of $50 each pay to United Way Required: 1. Journalize the applicable transactions related to payroll for the first pay in July (this includes Sarah's pay and the employer's share of remittances) 2. Assuming the 2nd pay (July 16th - 31") is exactly the same, journalize payroll for the second pay in July 3. Journalize the remittance of payroll deductions to CRA and the donations to United Way due on the 15th of August
