• Food and beverage outlets - how many outlets, names and hours of operations, which meals do each outlet serve, where on property are the outlets located
• Meeting spaces - overview (how many meeting rooms, total space, types of events), and where are the meeting rooms located on the property?
• Could the hotel accommodate these events? Indicate which specific event space(s) would fit and why:
  • meeting for 15 people?
  • wedding for 250 guests?
  • Conference for 500 attendees?
• Describe the Hotel Health Club/Pool facilities - what is included, where is it located around the property etc.
• Spa facilities
• What other activities are available for guests onsite?
• Parking options (with cost)
• Retail/gift shop on site
• Is there a Business Centre - what services do they provide? If there is no business centre, is any office equipment available for guest use?
• Does the hotel offer a kids program?
• What is the closest tourist attraction? What is it and how far away?

Part C: Guest Room

• Describe the overall room types/layouts/configurations available. You can include bed types (more information will be asked in the rate analysis part of the assignment).
• Describe the features are offered in the guest room.
• What amenities are offered in the guest bathroom?
• What are the different views that are available?
• Is there a preferred floor/section of the hotel? If so, are there additional amenities or services offered to those guests?
• Create a short description to "sell" guests on the quality/decor of the guest rooms based on your research (2-3 sentences)
