The job role that I would choose would be for the medical office manager position at Hope Health Care Clinic where I would work directly with the office's owner. The reason that I would choose this position is because I am goal-oriented and love to challenge myself to reach these goals. An advantage of this role would be working closely with the owner to "tag team" tasks with the same mindset and dedication for the betterment of the company. Not to mention I would be utilizing my degree in business and management. A disadvantage would be if the office owner had unrealistic expectations for the company or if we did not see eye-to-eye on ways to accomplish the goals of the company. Since we would be working directly, we would need to work together to create a success plan, have good communication, and follow through in a reasonable way that works for both of us
