how can I make this better?

All the values in TEACH help mold the nursing atmosphere. They all work hand in hand to create the best possible nursing outcome. If I had to narrow it down, I would go with teamwork. As a transformational leader, teamwork is essential because it enables your team to share ideas and responsibilities, which helps reduce stress on everyone, allowing them to be meticulous and thorough when completing tasks. Accountability, on the other hand, makes you responsible for your actions to perform tasks competently and efficiently. At the same time, the heart of every organization is its people and their contribution. Hence, we must focus on our team members and how to engage them by applying new, innovative, and inclusive methods. These go together while there is no I in team accountability, holds us responsible for our share of work
