How can I organize this and add a conclusion to this passage:

There is an increase in costs relating to national healthcare in the United States. However, healthcare organizations do not have the insight to establish a means to link expenses incurred by the patient and resource planning. Also, since providers in all areas of healthcare usually are unable to accurately determine the real expense regarding patient care, the outcome entails increasing expenses as well as unreliable financial returns. To address this issue of rising healthcare costs, participants in the webinar suggested various measures. Providers should overcome technological challenges to expense quality integration. Additionally, providers should align their clinical and business processes to attain better throughput. In addition, providers should give attain stakeholder engagement in the tasks of inexpensive care delivery. Finally, providers should give caregivers the authority of actionable insight since this would reduce the cost of care.

One way for an organization to make any kind of financial change, or strategy move, there need to be major stakeholders who have buy-in, into the new idea or strategy. The key to getting stakeholders, or team leads to buy-in, is through organizational transparency. Transparency is an "easy to explain, costing process to increase provider buy-in". As our speaker states, "changes to the financial plan of an organization, to become more efficient, can be opaque, and when it involves indirect costs, such as indirect costs like sending to rehab rather than to home, individuals become hesitant to change"(Video, 2018). The key to getting stakeholders involved is breaking down these indirect costs and ensuring they understand the totality behind that change or idea to change. If one can get one or two service line leaders engaged in the new change, they can be the trigger for many of the other hesitant stakeholders. By increasing transparency throughout a change, service line leaders must feel a sense of control. They feel that they are actually driving the change because not only are they understanding this change, the are having input into the planning thanks to their openness to learning.

As an organization is bringing to make some kind of financial change, the overall effectiveness of this change lies largely in the hands of the derive-line leaders, and frontline personnel. Should these mentioned individuals not have buy-in to the new process, it will not happen. That being said, transparency is the key to success. According to Robert Moment, 2020, there are three reasons that transparency is pivotal to change; it aligns with today's reality, it encourages engagement, and it enables collaboration. Having the team understand the why behind a decision to change, will change outlooks. It will allow for collaboration among professionals that will make way for new ideas and fresh mindsets. Through this collaboration, it will improve engagement throughout the organization to help manage the major financial change without individuals realizing what they have come together to achieve.

All that being said, for an organization to change the way health care is paid for, transparency is the key to this change.
