When it comes to quality assurance its very important to a company like Dell or Walmart. It will assist with making sure that the products and material have been received from suppliers are inspected. This will prevent selling products that are low quality to consumers. A company like Walmart takes pride in the quality of the products that they sell. Having quality assurance can improve customers satisfaction. If third parties were given these services, it's a possibility that the quality of the products will be poor.

Walmart customers have a major impact on how the company functions daily. I would not consider customer relationship management outsource to third parties. If the company was to handle customers complaint as soon as possible and it is taken care of by management, this can help the company manage the needs of customers. When a customer is satisfied it can improve the company's overall revenue and help stay in competition with their competitors.

I would not consider the relationship between a company and different third parties to outsource. This will help a company protect against various 3PL that may offer poor quality products or cut corners. Many countries like China 3PL don't follow agreement that they have with companies. Making sure the relationship you have with third parties will help with having quality services, products, and great delivery service.
