This is what the student posted: Planning is when management has a goal has specific goals they want to reach within the company or organization while controlling is observing and taking action on whether or not a goal is being met (Bright et al, p. 590). At my job, the CEO of the company has the plan to call all of our members. Most things are done online, so most of the time, people do not come into the facility to do most things anymore like before. The CEO of the company is hoping for people to come in, and get the help that they need. Right now, every co-worker of mine has to call 6 members each day. We log into the system letting other teammates know that we have called the member and talked to them or left a voicemail. Out managers keep track of who is calling who and they try to remind us every day and motivate us to call our members.
