How can this paragraph sound better:

This job consisted of packaging medicine appropriately for customers and ensuring they were shipped in an efficient manner. Each month the company would set goals of productivity to beat previous months, this allowed its employees to become motivated to challenge themselves in the process. Motivated by rate goals in a fast-paced environment drove me to beat my scores each time I went into work. This job gave me perspective that there can always be room for improvement. The company gave its employee the opportunity to step up when the time was right. There were moments of leadership from my part due to some of the machines malfunction at times thus resulting in us doing things manually. But it was coordinating and organizing individuals to ensure that the tasked were accomplished the right way so that no one would fall behind. When I left because of school back 2021, the company was nice enough to allow me to return for a brief time while on break from school. This came down to my work ethic and allowing me to earn some money during the summer break.
