How can we use 5Cs crisis communication to resolve the communication problem within the organization?

   

Problem statement: The organization would like to improve the way it communicates with its employees. Purpose: To streamline information flow. Primary issues: Employees in the organization are asking to receive regular communications from senior management. To improve communication with employees, senior leadership would like to communicate on a regular basis with employees, become more transparent when discussing issues, and promote better relations. Some of these decisions (confidential) do not need to be shared with employees but overall sharing feedback with employees can result in more positive outcomes between employees and management. Due to this miscommunication and no-shows of the PSWS, schedulers cannot perform their tasks efficiently, leading to a poor scheduling process. There were instances where schedulers ask unreasonable favors (like southwest PSW covering northwest patients) from other PSWS due to increasing no-shows by the experienced staff. As a result, it is leading to the failure of triaging process.
