How can you explain American Eagle Outfitters and Threat of substitute products it's supposed to be part of the Porter's five forces but I am unsure how to explain it or how to start.

The threat of substitutes in the fashion industry is moderate. American Eagle Outfitters has established itself in the market as a recognizable and respected brand, however, it faces competition from other traditional fashion retailers and e-commerce giants such as Amazon. Competitors offer similar clothes in the same price range making it easy for people to buy clothes from these competing brands. The ease of online shopping has also made it even easier for customers to explore alternative brands. However, strong brand loyalty amongst their customer base can reduce the likelihood of people switching over.
