how do i make a decision to which patient should stay in the hospital or be transferred to the nursing home. The families of both individual are paying Privately in the hospital because the patients are out of "swing bed days". One is a private pay for the nursing home and one is a medicaidas the payer. Both are equally needing the nursing home. Which one divI choose? The other will have to wait until Tuesday next week...any thoughts?
