How do I make an of action steps or activities from my outcomes?

These are my outcomes:

1. To secure a location for a new 2500 sq. ft. store in Colorado Springs.

2. To open the store by February 1st.

3. To complete a 50th store grand opening

For each action step/activity add at least one assumption made related to the completion of the action step/activity.
