How do I peer respond: My name is Melanie R.B. Morris, and I am delighted to be sharing this experience with you.I am an attorney licensed in NJ and PA. In addition to my Doctorate in Law I also have also a Master's degree in Business Administration. My law practice focused principally on litigation, including issues of employment law. I am particularly interested in issues at the intersection of law and business, and I'm drawn to issues that relate to HR. I have held both the PHR - Professional in Human Resources Certification and the SHRM-CP in the past.I have been teaching for a very long time, first in my management career, mostly in training employees, then in my legal career, to clients, juries and other fact-finders, and in the last twenty plus years, at the College level.I share my New Jersey home with two kids - My 20 year old is finishing his second year of College. My 17 year old is in a Theater Arts High School and hopes to be famous some day. She's founded a service initiative that you can check out - Project Save 2 Lives (@projectsave2lives).
