Using the Frequency, Intesity, Time, and Type Priciple I can improve it much better. All parts of the priciple would need to be increased because I don't ecercise at all. The frequency is the most important part personally because I think that in order to have a better score I would need to have an excercise plan. FOr intensity I would start of very light then add more after sufficent amount of time. For time 150 minutes a week is a good goal to go by because I can fit it into the schedule that I have. The type would be to boost cardiorespiratory endurance such as distance running or cycling
