When you do return to your light duty assignment with UHS please review your schedule with Denise and inform her of any pre-planned time off needed. She will in turn communicate that to your unit. I typically reply to time off requests within 2-3 days unless I am out of the office. I haven't received any requests for review from you, so this request is currently not approved.
