Pick one of the concepts presented in the first two weeks of class and apply it to an organization that you have either been or currently are a part of (a company, non-profit, community or government organization, etc.) Concepts to consider: Mintzberg's 5 Ps, 5 types of strategy, 5 elements of strategy, etc. For example, applying the 5 elements of strategy tool is very useful when thinking about curricular and co-curricular strategies for the Center, whereas applying the 5 types of strategy would not be as useful when developing a strategy for curricular and co-curricular activities
