How do you figure Cronbach's alpha to validate 5-point likert scale questions? I assume I should put all respondents vertically down the left in excel and questions horizontally across the top, filling in 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 in each cell based on 5-point Likert scale responses by respondents for each question.
