How does one make sure that customers' perceptions of firms' corporate social responsibility (CSR) are met? Do customers even know that they have a responsibility to hold Corporate responsible for their part? Who re-enforces fairness? What is fairness anyway? Can we explain a businessman to be fair and can they be fair to customers with the bottom line of making a profit Vs preventing a loss or a CEO xmas bonus? Does it really matter when surveys are far-fetched to indicate favoritism, fraud, and bonuses/commission/tips on which salespeople depend? Are we really satisfied as customers via the commitment of our business supplies vs demand? Many customers do not even know their social responsibilities ( the beaches would not be filled with plastic bottles and plastics), their influence on nature and economy, their contribution of great economies of failed systems, their inadvertent allowance of the failed systems we have! What we as citizens model due to diverse disparities and the large gap of social determinants would not allow us to be fair and square with CSR. This is just another gimmick that is swirled around board meetings, TVs, media and stamped on innocent and naive customers, while eroding the very origin of resources and not respecting CSR end.
