Family day and non-work related gatherings and affiliations As an individual, your willingness and interest to strengthen family tighs and bonds is a must which will serve as motivational factors through their unending moral support. Thus, as a person, I have to be near them or once in a while attend such gatherings by taking a break from the job since this will be a great investment because memories will always be there.
Team Building (workplace) By all chances, I have to engage myself to team building and team work activities. This will definitely provide me a platform to enhance interpersonal skills and cre ate a more conducive work atmosphere. If none was implemented, then suggestions should have been provided to the management.
Mental Health Awareness Seminars or Workshops Employees and employers should also invest in this context and if in any case that the organization does not cater to such, then I also have to personally recommend this to my employers. This will not just benefit me as an employee rather it will also be a great eye opener for blinded employees by those unrealistic target profit figures or sometimes not feasible budget allocation. As such, this has to be embodied as an organizational culture and must be initiated by employers.
