How long does it take the capacitor to discharge to 0.15% of it's initial voltage?

The RC circuit of (Figure 1) has R = 5.9 kf and C =4.5 uF. The capacitor is at voltage Vo at t = 0, when the switch is closed. Figure 1 of 1 U WW +
