How might one respond to these post from their peers The rise in production as well as an increase in the price of lithium can be explained by the fact that the demand for lithium has also increased. This is something that would lead to the supply and demand curve shifting to the right. This would not only mean that the supply of lithium and its demand would increase in the market. This rise in demand would result in an increase in the price. If the demand continues to increase, the price would continue to increase with the supply not being able to meet the demands. However, if the supply exceeds the demand, then the price would decrease. The shift in both the supply as well as the demand curve would lead to these outcomes. Hello class and professor. My teams have been successful due mainly to trust and communication. We deal with a lot of moving parts, and being able to communicate clearly and effectively is always key. When communication breakdowns many mishaps can happen. Trust is big. Everyone is dependent on a prior person doing their job correctly. Mistakes are made but we use strong communication to make sure the problem is contained quickly. Trust goes along way with teams because if they lose the trust they no longer work as a team and then start woking as a group of individuals. These are what I believe are characteristics of that have made my team successful.
