How might you prevent a stakeholder which is currently a "Time Bomb" from becoming a "Saboteur" and even perhaps shift them to a "Savior" or at least a "Sleeping Giant"? and Why?

a. Acknowledge their high level of interest and ask them for their help

b. No need to be concerned due to their lack of power and interest

c. Raise their awareness about the things that must change and why it's important to you

d. Be attuned to their needs and diffuse their concerns in advance
