How should I calculate the price to charge in equilibrium, revenue, costs and profits for below using game theory. The cost of producing each unit is $2 for both Firm A and Firm B. Also what price should the firm charge if they are merged ? and in case of a merger if the cost go down from $2 to $1.5 should I allow them to merge. Explanation of calculation is much appreciated
