How to articulate the following points in a reflective writing component for empirical project psychology?

I felt disheartened initially as I had to repeat semester 2 of year 2, meaning those I knew had graduated and it was though it was my first day of uni all over again.

I self loathed for a while, which delayed the progression of my research but I acknowledged that feelings come and go but the decisions I make have a ripple effect. Seeing my empirical project with new eyes was a challenge in itself because I had a big problem with self sabotage - being scared of failure which leads to a self fulfilling prophecy. Failing is a natural part of growth but I would see it as discouragement to not try again.

Here are a few journaling moments

"There was an early bird submission for ethics which I didn't work towards, as I wasn't sure what i wanted my project to be about. That took a lot of time, the main deadline 26th October which is doable. I need to get back in work mode in order to attain the best grade."

"I need a routine that i can maintain in order to excel " i realised without a plan there's too much room for disappointment.

"time went so fast hadn't had time to meet with supervisor and this is the week for submission i hope to meet the deadline, we've spoken on what not to do in the empirical project and i have a final research topic" i didn't end up submitting at the deadline and had to do late ethics submission but when it came back i got the all clear to start my project

"well being session good timing i've been feeling vet overwhelmed and not knowing what to do only having in mind to blank everything out and go into isolation

procastination comes from sabatoage safer and easier to purposely let yourself down than take the risk 1. keep prespective 2. recognise resilence persistence andreslience come from having been given the chance to work through difficult problems 3. plan 4. time management"

Currently working to get participants for my research hasn't been the easiest but i choose not to worry about what i dont have control over as i tend to get anxious and overwhelmed, i take each day as it comes. I still have a lot to doing i try to juggle the other modules and coursework
