Youth Berhad is trying to estimate its cash standing for the second quarter of 2022. Based on the following information, construct a cash budget for the company. i. Sales for February until September 2022 February $75,000.00 June $90,000.00 March $85,000.00 July $95,000.00 April $87,000.00 August $100,000.00 May $88,000.00 September $105,000.00 ii. iii. iv. 50 percent of sales are collected in cash. The remaining balances are on credit and will be collected equally the next two (2) months after sales. Purchases of raw materials are 75 percent of sales and are made one month prior sales. Full payment will be paid in the following month after the purchase. The company incurs the following expenditures; salaries and wages $20,000.00 per month, rental $12,000.00 per month, and other expenditures $8,000.00 at the ending of each quarter. In addition, utilities will be 2.5 percent of monthly sales, and depreciation is fixed at $3,500.00 per month. Ending cash balance for March is $50,000.00 and the company also intended to maintain a minimum cash balance of $20,000.00 every month. V. vi. REQUIRED: Prepare a cash budget for the second quarter of 2022
