Once the problem is identified a leader can then apply their innate leadership skills, experience, relationship skills, and how they resolve conflict, they can also identify which people to bring in to help, and communication skills to care for the organizational problem (Colorado State University Global, 2023c). Therefore, to effectively care for an organizational problem I would use the following strategy (Llopis, 2013): Open Communication: Effective communication is imperative. Everyone involved in the organization's problem should be allowed the safe space to be heard and included in continued communication through resolution. The resolution that the leader will ultimately be responsible for conveying and following through. Dissolve Silos: Organizational problems usually result from unresolved silos. Silos are usually individualistic instead of team-oriented. A leader needs to foster and engage the team to work together to care for organizational problems. Open-Minded People: Involve open minded people open to change and resolution. People that will move the process along with the goals and benefits for the organization.
