I would make sure to have an agenda that encompasses what I want to say, and doesn't leave out any information. Additionally, it would help prevent tangents and digressions. It would also benefit me to rehearse for the meeting beforehand. I would get there at least 10 minutes early to set up, whether that be with connecting my computer to the monitor in the room to show off the data I've collected or bringing in physical copies of the data. If I needed my colleagues to have certain things beforehand, I would be sure to send out an email informing them of that.
