how to respond: For my interview I want the career path that I am interested in, is becoming a contractor for the Department of Defense. While i was considering who to interview there were a couple important factors that I considered. For one, I wanted to interview someone who was in the military since that is my job now. Also, I want someone who can give me insight in the important decisions that I will have in the near future, since they are already in the career path that I might want to pursue. With those factors in mind, I chose to interview our lead contractor for the Communications section. Since she works in the office above mine, I will sit down with her to conduct the interview. She is great person for this interview as she was in the military for 20 years and has been in the contracting world for 15 years, which is the route I am looking to take. From the interview I hope to gain a lot. First, I hope to get information on how to make the transition. Secondly, I hope to gain resources that I can reach out to for job offers. Finally
