how to respond to? In my organization, I have dealt with Theory Y managers. I have always been encouraged and have thrived in my organization thus far. I work without my mananger micromanaging and supervising me throughout the day. I am given opportunties to contribute at work and is trusted by my manager that my tasks will be completed without constant supervising. I believe that there is a predominance of Theory Y managers in my organization or industry because more people tend to respond positively versus Theory X managers. People at my organization enjoy their jobs because we don't have the stress of dealing with Theory X managers
