I think the biggest similarity I see between the video and a biblical servant leader is what he emphasizes about the special person being entrusted to someone else, or stewardship. This makes me think of Moses leading the people out of slavery and into the promise land. God entrusted all of those people to Moses to lead, take care of, and guide on a journey that was by no means a simple task. This is exactly the same as the example provided in the video about the wedding where the father and mother "trust him to take care of their daughter"(Chapman,2014)

Stewardship is something that I think is the true defining line between a manager and a leader in today's business world. All of the other characteristics can be seen in some form between both, but stewardship is truly unique to a servant leader. The idea that your employees are entrusted to you, and it's your job to take care of them, guide them, and help them achieve their goals as well as the goals of the organization is something that only a servant leader feels the need to do. Just like the husband to the wife, so should a leader take care of their followers
