How to respond to the following DQ answer

Creativity, innovation and leadership have always been something that sets aside successful organizations. However, now flexibility has been redefined and is more important than ever. These four pillars work together to create an organization that most people desire to work for, and they create a culture that is highly desired. Three examples are Apple, Starbucks and Zoom. Apple is no stranger to creativity and innovation, and their leadership has been important enough to make a movie about. However, it wasn't until recently their flexibility has been brought to light. To keep with their innovative trends, they created a hybrid work environment, post-covid, to remain flexible in the market and with their employees. Starbucks chose to have flexibility be a part of their business model, and opened up the ordering through an app to increase productivity, revenue, and decrease the wait time within their stores. They made flexibility for the customer's experience the goal of their innovation and creativity. Finally, you have Zoom. Basically the name for work-from-home, their flexibility started with the pandemic. They were basically unknown to the world in Q4 of 2019, with a meager $190M quarterly revenue, but then grew to over $600M quarterly revenue in Q2 of 2020.( Richter,2022) Flexibility became a way of life for the employees, as they dealt with not only the pandemic, but the rising tsunami of customers flooding in. These three companies show the world how to lead through creativity, flexibility, and innovation with their business model, and ability to adapt to the ever changing world.
