How to respond to the following DQ answer. Do you agree?

Really in anything that one does, but especially in a business setting, ethics needs to play an important role. "Conscious capitalism is an emerging philosophy based on the belief that businesses can enhance corporate performance while simultaneously improving the quality of life for all stakeholders. Conscious capitalism goes beyond corporate social responsibility by placing societal needs and their challenges at the core of the company's existence (Porter and Kramer), (Legault, 2012) " Ethics in the simplest terms is looking at what is the right decision and what is the wrong decisions and how you or your company react or go along with those decisions. If one is looking to have a high level of ethics, they are looking to ensure that whatever it is their business is doing, is not only ethically correct for themselves, but also for the people that they serve. Lets just use an example of a restaurant. If you are running a restaurant, and you want to make more money, but you cut corners by not cleaning properly, not ensuring that your equipment is up to date or you are stiffing your staff. While very basic these are not ethically correct decisions. While not always true, I have found that if you do good, then good will come back to you. You want to make more money, improve your restaurant, make sure your staff is happy, and this will ensure that your customers come back and frequent your business again, thus increasing your money and business.
