How to respond to the following DQ answer? Do you agree? Please do not repeat what is listed below

There are many different strategies that would assist in sustaining innovation within an organization. But there are a few of them that would make a bigger difference than the rest. The first being establishing a clear sense of direction. Without an understanding of where the company is heading, innovation becomes useless. The second is having open lines of communication. Open communication between management and employees sets the stage for an atmosphere of trust. But if you want to establish a new, more trusting culture, you can't expect employees to take the first step (Adler, 2015). Another very important strategy that should be implemented, but isn't often done, is instilling a sense of ownership with the employees. When an individual is clearly aware of how his or her interests are aligned with those of the company, he or she has a strong reason to "go the extra mile" to further the mission.

A perfect example of sustaining change and organizational success is Southwest Airlines. From their development, each and every employee had the mindset that they were part owner in the company, because they were. Every employee was given ownership and the ability to make decisions regarding dealing with customers.
