How to respond to the following DQ answer

Java Grounds is an example of a place that provide an avenue for students to get the support that is so much needed.Those that volunteer has displayed a type of assistance that is critical to that student's success.There are people that we know who are famous but there is a greater amount that are unknown or recognized for their service and leadership.For example, there are teachers that serve students every day for years and go beyond what is expected for them to do, without additional compensation or accolades.I could provide many examples, but there is one teacher that always went beyond, worked with student early in the morning, late afternoon, and on the weekend.They would attend some of the students' games and provide things that were needed for the students or the family.They would organize certain events to highlight the accomplishments of the students.This teacher never asked for anything for themselves, even though they were paying for certain things.The passion this teacher had for their students was real and the students honor them by showing them respect for the kindness shown to them.When talking to this teacher, it was interesting to know that even though it ended well, the beginning was rough.Some students and parents doubted the teachers' efforts, questioned why they cared.As was stated in Java Grounds when one of the students ask the lady why do you care? (Java Grounds, 2013) This teacher was asked many times the same question.The truth, the teacher was frustrated because they were trying to do something good, but some was making it out of something negative. In spite of what some was trying to make it out to be, this teacher continued serving students.Eventually those parents that were negative saw the light because their child start doing a lot better and being more respectful.

This teacher served a diverse group of students and did not distinguish one from another in serving them (Northouse, 2015). This is just one of many that signify servant leadership qualities.
